Aeithalis, Greek for “evergreen” is a partnership between Greek olive grove owner Ilias Panagiotakopoulos and his best friend William Uden. The two of them worked hard to restore Ilas’ family grove to its former glory and begin making olive oil on the estate again.

The award winning, hand harvested extra virgin olive oil they made tasted great and was made all the sweeter by the commitments to rewilding and sustainable farming at the grove. The next step was to reduce their packaging and in March of 2020 they set up and introduced their Zero Waste refill service to Zero Waste stores across the UK. All empties are returned, cleaned, refilled and reused. Their Zero Waste olive oil service has saved over 10,000 individual bottles within the first five months of trading.
