Delivery Charges
Standard delivery (UK):
Please note that due to restrictions on the movement of seeds, we sadly cannot sell to customers in Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland). We only post to customers in England, Wales and Scotland.
If you subscribe to our Grow-your-own kits, you benefit from FREE delivery on each quarterly shipment. Quarterly kits are shipped at the start of each season: March, June, September and December.
To standard UK postcodes, we charge £1.99 or £3.99 delivery dependent on item weight on orders from our shop of under £50 (excluding subscription kits which are shipped free of charge), and we offer free postage on orders over £50.
The following postcodes are subject to extra postal charges, calculated at checkout. The exact surcharge depends on the items in your basket and will be calculated at checkout.

IM - Isle of Man
ZE – Shetland Islands
IV – Inverness
KW - Kirkwall
Orders placed on our website are shipped within 3-5 days via 2nd class Royal Mail. Products sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class can take up to 10 working days to arrive but usually arrive within 3-5 days.
Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is to ensure you are happy with everything you purchase from us.
- For all seed orders, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
- For other items returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- All items must be in their original packaging & any seed packets must be unopened.

Refunds will be made to the same credit/debit card the order was purchased on. Return shipping charge is the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure the item is securely wrapped and packaged along with a note specifying your request. Send the package to our head office address at Green Springboard Ltd , 3 Bushey Close Cottages, Poffley End, Witney, Oxon, OX29 9UW. For your protection, we recommend using insured and/or registered mail as we cannot assume responsibility for packages not shipped by us.
Refund Process
Upon receipt of your returned package within the specified timeframe, unless authorized differently by Green Springboard's Directors, we will initiate the refund process. Each item will undergo a quality check. Once confirmed, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of your refund request. The refund will cover the cost of undamaged, correctly returned products, including VAT, excluding shipping charges. You'll receive an email notification at the address listed on your account once the transaction is completed. Note that your bank may require additional processing time.
Please be aware that returns in a condition unsuitable for exchange or refund will prompt contact for further discussion. Green Springboard reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for used or damaged items. Only new and unused items confirmed by Green Springboard will qualify for a return or exchange, provided they reach our returns department within the specified timeframe unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for items failing to meet our established standards.
14-Day Cooling Off Period
Apart from our returns policy, according to Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days (from the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. You'll receive a full refund for the goods, minus relevant delivery charges. However, the canceled items must be returned at your expense.
Please note that your statutory rights remain unaffected by our returns policy.
Sale items and special offers
Any items purchased as part of a sale or special offer are non-refundable.
